Drivyde collects the following personal information: full name, email address, phone number, transfer origin and destination, and any additional information you voluntarily provide through our contact or booking forms.

We use your personal information only to: (a) Process and confirm your reservations, (b) Communicate with you regarding your service, (c) Improve our services and customer care, (d) Comply with legal and tax obligations.
3. Data protection
We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Your data is stored on secure servers and only authorized personnel have access to it.
4. Confidentiality
Drivyde is committed to maintaining the absolute confidentiality of all our clients' data. We do not share, sell or transfer your personal information to third parties, except when required by law.

Terms of Service
1. Reservations
Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Drivyde reserves the right to accept or reject last-minute reservations based on availability.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations more than 4 hours in advance: No charge. Cancellations less than 4 hours: 50% of service charge applies. No-show: 100% of service charge applies.
3. Punctuality
Our drivers will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. For airport transfers, we recommend scheduling the service 3 hours before flight departure. Courtesy waiting time: 15 minutes. Additional time will be charged according to current rates.
4. Responsibilities
Drivyde is not responsible for items left in the vehicle after 24 hours of service. We recommend checking all belongings when exiting the vehicle.
5. Modifications
Drivyde reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately after publication on this website.
