Can I cancel or modify my booking?

You may cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled transfer. For modifications to the time, route or vehicle, contact us via WhatsApp or phone and we will adjust the details subject to our partner network availability.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, bank transfer and cash payment to the driver. For companies and frequent clients we offer monthly invoicing with preferential terms and an approved credit line.
Does the price include tolls and parking?

The base price covers the professional chauffeur and premium vehicle. Motorway tolls and parking charges at the destination are invoiced separately and itemised in the booking confirmation.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights in real time using aviation tracking systems. If a flight is delayed, the assigned chauffeur will automatically adjust the airport pickup time at no additional cost.
